A black-and-white portrait of Gris, a graphic artist specializing in funeral stationery.

you don't have to be Wednesday Addams or 60 to talk about death.

Far from fitting the gothic/death metal/depressed cliché, I've always had my head in the stars and my feet in "another world" - whether imaginary or real, under or above ground.

Between light and shadow, that's where I belong.
Good evening and welcome to my deadly positive universe!

papetriste designer

Today, funeral stationery is a dying tradition, but this wasn't always the case. Faced with the degeneration of the art of farewells, I decided to create a workshop specializing in papetriste. A graphic workshop that, while commemorating the end, would celebrate life.

By bringing forgotten symbols back to the fore and modernizing them, I aim to put the very thing we seek to avoid back at the heart of our lives.

By working with prints, awakening the senses and combining materials with digital technology, I seek to praise memories and bring beauty to places where we least expect it.

A sort of modern memento mori, my creations are a reminder that we only have one life. life death.

So why not celebrate it?

a project? an idea? a question?
