This animated announcement is delivered personalized. You'll receive a .mp4 and .gif file suitable for playback on a smartphone (sending by e-mail, MMS) or for publication on a social network.

In order to respond as quickly as possible to your request, a complete personalization of the announcement will not be possible. Here is what it is possible to personalize:
- first and last name of the deceased
- dates of birth and death
- place and time of the ceremony -
Before validating the order, a form will have to be filled in with the information that will enable me to personalize the announcement - this will allow me to respond as quickly as possible to your needs. It will then take 24 to 48 hours (working days) from validation of the order.

Once you've received the file, you can send it unlimited via the digital channel of your choice (e-mail, WhatsApp, sms...). The price remains the same no matter how many people you send the announcement to.

If the personalization process has not been started, it is possible to choose another design to personalize. However, due to the nature of personalization, once the order has been validated, it cannot be reimbursed (see general sales conditions)
